Join us as we celebrate the arrival of our personally selected 10 year old barrel from Eagle Rare. Eagle Rare is a brand of bourbon whiskey distilled and distributed by the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Our barrel (#084) won us over with its smooth body, fairly light oak treatment, and nice tobacco spice. It won over our palates over the 12+ barrel samples we tried, including Sazerac, Blanton's and Buffalo Trace.
